Luke 3:10-11 "What should we do then." the crowd asked. John answered, "The man with two tunics should share with him who has none, and the one who has food should do the same."
We have enough coats and clothing in our closets to last us for many years. Our cupboads, pantry, refridgerator and freezer have food to last at least 2-3 mos.
Our bank accounts are funded and our living expenses are coverd, with extra to do the things we enjoy in life.
Are we in need of more? No, we are very blessed to live a comfortable life.
Yet, our daughter did and does have a need and all of you have have helped meet and continue to help meet her need.
An account to help the "Skelton boys" and their mother remains untouched, waiting for their return.
Funds are still being raised for a second account set up for a reward leading to the conviction of those responsible for removing the boys from their Mother.
Amongst us, are others who are in need of a tunic and food, some we may know as our neighbor, friend or family member.
I count it a priviledge and a joy to be able to serve Chirst, it is my responsibility to give from my abundance.
You have been an example to me on how to become like Chirst in giving, I praise God for allowing me to have an opportunity to do the same for others.
